The contracting authority shall implement a joint procurement of a response centre system and establish regional notification reception services. The notification reception services shall be co-located with the current emergency wards in the Værnes, Kongsberg regions and Tromsø municipality. The notification reception centres shall be able to relieve each other in emergency situations, for reducing risk and vulnerability. The notification reception centres shall also manage several municipalities outside our regions.
