It concerns a fire insurance based on an "All Risks" coverage

for the storage of oils (liquid oil and oil products in (bulk) storage), mainly located within the Netherlands but also in Belgium.

Foreign Insurance Premium Tax:

The contracting authority has a number of locations abroad, in particular in Belgium, which must be co-insured under this fire insurance. In this context, tenderers who are awarded the contract should be able to offset the foreign insurance premium tax for their share.

The contracting authority wishes that several service providers will participate in this fire insurance. In connection with this, only partial registration is possible.
