The outdoor swimming pool, built in the early 1970s, has been in need of major renovation and modernization after more than 40 years of operation.

This affects the buildings, the technical equipment and the outdoor facilities.

Design approach:

Generally:

- In order to make the operation of the outdoor swimming pool more economical, the water area is currently approx 2 at 985 m 2 reduced,

- The terrace character of the outdoor pool should be preserved,

- complete renovation of the outdoor facilities,

- Construction of a new filter building.

Trade 06: Roofing and sheet metal work - consisting mainly of the following services:

- approx. 245.00 m 2 Extensive lightweight roof (70 kg / m 2 ), d 10 cm (monopitch roof),

- approx. 45.00 m ridge and verge profiles (monopitch roof),

- approx. 27.00 m of channels and inlet sheet,

- approx. 8.00 m downpipes,

- Attach approx. 34.00 m of wall crown cover,

- Apply approx. 115.00 m2 moisture seal to concrete floor slabs.
