The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works under the task: Construction of the School and Preschool Complex with a gymnasium in the Larysz district

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works as part of the above-mentioned task. The scope of works includes:

a) Preparation and securing of the construction site.

b) Providing comprehensive and ongoing geodetic and geological services during the implementation and acceptance of construction works.

c) Disconnection and securing of connections of buildings to be demolished along with the necessary spacers of the external infrastructure of the network and connections interfering with the location of construction of the new facility.

d) Felling of trees before the start of the investment and execution of replacement plantings before its completion – including obtaining all necessary permits and arrangements in this respect.

e) Demolition of the existing school and farm buildings with their disposal, in particular the disposal of any waste.

f) Preparation and execution of the stage of drilling and backfill works for the treatment of the substrate in order to protect the occurrence of deformation before the construction of a new facility, including m.in conducting the necessary geodetic works on an ongoing basis, treating the drilling and backfill control holes, drilling and backfill holes, manufacturing backfill grouts and injecting the mixture into treated zones, conducting geological observations and necessary research geological survey, testing of grout and full documentation and qualified supervision of the above stage of works.

g) Comprehensive and multi-branch construction of a new school and kindergarten facility with a gymnasium in accordance with the developed design documentation, including taking into account at the construction stage its special protection for the expected impact of mining damage and taking into account the increase in the insulation parameters of external partitions (change irrelevant to the project).

h) Execution after the completion of the stage of assembly of internal electrical installations, measurements and selection and installation of a device for reactive power compensation.

i) Reconstruction and construction of external infrastructure for a new facility including, m.in: water supply connection, sanitary sewer connection, rainwater drainage system, reconstruction of the teletechnical network, reconstruction of the low-voltage overhead line.

j) Execution of full development and small architecture of the investment area in accordance with the project land development, including m.in: execution of the exit from the public road, internal roads, sidewalks, parking lots, playground, land and green reclamation.

k) Development of fire safety instructions and equipping the new facility with markings and fire protection equipment. resulting from this instruction and construction design.

l) Development of an energy certificate for the new facility.

m) Preparation and installation of an information board for an investment financed from external funds according to the attached template and agreed content.

n) Preparing and carrying out at the expense of the Contractor all activities necessary to implement, prepare and carry out all required acceptances and obtain a use permit.

2. Detailed definition and scope of the subject of the contract are included in the project documentation constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.

3. The scope of the subject of the contract includes all activities of the Contractor necessary to perform the subject of the contract in a proper manner, in accordance with applicable law, relevant standards and recommendations of competent authorities and the principles of construction art.

4. The works must be carried out in accordance with the design documentation drawn up, the administrative decisions obtained, the arrangements and technical conditions for the execution and acceptance of the works and in accordance with the decision allowing the execution of the works. Decisions, arrangements and all other documents required for the performance of the subject of the contract shall be prepared and obtained by the Contractor on its own and at its own expense acting on behalf of the Ordering Party on the basis of the power of attorney granted to it.
