Supply of fuels and related services by means of credit cards for vehicles and machinery of the City and the CCAS of Nogent-sur-Marne.

The services give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum amount with the following maximum annual amount: 175,000 EUR excluding tax. The duration of the framework agreement is set at one year from its notification. The market is tacitly renewable three times, per annual period. Its purpose is the supply of fuels in a network of service stations to meet the needs of the entire vehicle fleet of the City and the CCAS (utility vehicles, heavy goods vehicles and motorcycles) and certain motor equipment ( lawn mower, chainsaws) by means of smart cards. These cards can provide access to other services such as vehicle washing, access to car parks, payment of tolls, access to articles and services distributed in service stations.
