Provision of a irrevocable right of use (IRU) of black optical black fiber bonds for the needs of the connections of the city of Béthune.

The purpose of the contract is to connect, commission, use (Indefeasible Right of Use) Black Optical Fibers (FON) and maintain the device.

The right of use (IRU) will begin for a period of 20 years from the final acceptance of all links.

The incumbent will also provide maintenance services and maintenance in operational condition.

The assignments that will be entrusted to the service provider are listed in the special technical clauses (CCTP).
