The object of the procurement is a framework agreement for charter services.
All tenderers who have submitted tenders and fulfil the requirements set out in the invitation to tender shall be selected for the framework agreement. The invitation to tender does not ask for the price of the service, because in the framework agreement, charter procurement is handled through lighter competitive tendering. The terms of the lighter tendering processes are specified in the draft agreement.
The acquisition is divided into two subdivisions:
Section 1 Charter services with buses with 9 to 20 seats and buses with 21 to 48 seats
Section 2 Charter services with buses with more than 49 seats
The provider may offer both or only one area.
The estimated value of the framework contract is an estimate and may vary depending on the need for charters.
Charter services are procured as needed, and the contracting entity does not commit to any minimum purchase amounts. The framework agreement does not include the transportation of the subscribers' dignitaries.
