The contract concerns the collection and transport of packaging waste from properties that are responsible for organising municipal waste management. With regard to packaging waste, the properties for which the municipality is responsible are residential properties with more than four apartments located in urban areas, as well as properties for the administrative and service activities of the municipality. In addition, municipalities have decided to organise separate collection of packaging waste for smaller properties as defined in the act as a voluntary service in the areas specified in the waste management regulations.

The contract area has been estimated to be a contract for a maximum of two garbage trucks.

The contract includes, at the unit prices specified in the tender, the emptying of the packaging waste collection equipment of all properties that are customers of the client, the properties that will become customers, into the collection vehicle and the transport of the waste to the reception point indicated by the customer for each type of waste.
