The subject of the contract is the purchase of a new medium rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive together with rescue and firefighting equipment permanently installed for OSP SŁAWA.

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a new medium rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive together with rescue and firefighting equipment permanently installed for TSO SŁAWA.

2. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular:

a) delivery of a medium rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive together with rescue and firefighting equipment for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Sława,

b) providing the necessary technical description (in Polish),

c) delivery with the order of the required manual in Polish and a set of documents necessary to register the vehicle,

d) training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the use of the car and equipment being the subject of the contract. The costs of all materials necessary to conduct the training shall be borne by the Contractor.

3. General requirements of the subject of the contract:

− the vehicle should be brand new, the year of manufacture of the chassis in accordance with the year of delivery,

– the vehicle should meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for emergency vehicles in accordance with the Act "Road Traffic Law" (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 108, item 908 with subsequent amendments). The vehicle has a valid CNBOP certificate for use in fire protection in the Polish,

- the vehicle should meet the technical and utility requirements set out in the Annex to the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products to ensure the principles of public safety or protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the admission of these products for use (Journal of Laws No. 143, item 1002) introduced by the amending regulation of 27.04.2010 (Journal of Laws No. 85, item 553) together with details of these requirements and equipment,

− a built-in and equipped vehicle must meet the following requirements: - Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws No. 32 of 2003, item 262 with subsequent amendments), - Regulation of the Ministers of: Internal Affairs and Administration, National Defence, Finance and Justice on the technical conditions of special vehicles and vehicles used for special purposes of the Police, Internal Security Agency, Foreign Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, fiscal control, Customs Service, Prison Service and fire brigade (Journal of Laws No. 165 of 2 August 2011),

– the vehicle must meet the provisions of the Polish Standard PN-EN 1846-1 and PN-EN 1846-2 or equivalent,

− the maximum actual mass (MMR) of the car in running order, its distribution among the axles and the mass on each axle does not exceed the maximum values specified by the manufacturer of the vehicle or base chassis,

– the vehicle must be marked in accordance with the Ordinance No. 8 of the Chief Commander of the State Fire Service of 10 April 2008 on transport management in organizational units of the State Fire Service,
