The subject of the contract is service work on basic production equipment within the boiler room and engine room for a period of 24 months from the commissioning of the Nowe Jaworzno 910 MW unit (works will start no earlier than November 20, 2019 and no later than March 1, 2020) Works these require knowledge of modern technology, energy devices and installations, the purpose of which is to ensure the availability and reliability of the 910MW unit.
The scope of the task includes the performance of necessary service and maintenance works as well as works resulting from faults and failures revealed during operation, covering key safety devices and components, outside the scope of the warranty.
The Contractor shall be obliged to dispose of persons with the following qualifications at the latest on the day of the conclusion of the contract:
- 2 people with a minimum of five years of experience in the field of service / assembly of turbines or turbine auxiliary equipment,
- 2 people with a minimum of five years of experience in the field of service / installation of boilers or boiler auxiliary equipment,
- 2 people with a minimum of five years of experience in the renovation / service of fittings,
- at least 2 people authorized to operate e.g. overhead cranes, hoists and winches controlled from the working level (including wireless) or from the cabin, mobile platforms,
- at least 2 persons authorized to build scaffolding,
- at least one person with building qualifications to receive scaffolding and a current certificate of belonging to the District Construction Chamber,
- at least 2 people having the qualifications of a welder according to PN-EN ISO 9606-1 adequate to the type of welding work carried out (material groups 1, 5 and 6 according to PN-CR ISO 15608).
It is allowed to combine possessed experiences and authorizations.
All of the above persons should possess qualification certificates authorizing them to deal with the operation of equipment, installations and networks at the exploitation position (E) in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy, Labor and Social Policy of April 28, 2003 on detailed rules for establishing qualifications by persons involved in operation devices, installations and networks (Journal of Laws of 2003, No. 89, item 828, as amended) in the scope of maintenance, renovation, assembly in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 28 March 2013 on occupational health and safety at equipment energy (Journal of Laws 2013, item 492)

At least 1 of these people should meet the qualification requirements, confirmed by a valid "D" qualification certificate, to perform a supervisory position in the field of maintenance, repair and assembly of equipment, installations and networks (in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy, Labor and Social Policy of April 28, 2003 on detailed rules for the certification of qualifications for persons involved in the operation of equipment, installations and networks (Journal of Laws 2003 No. 89 item 828):
