The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new surgical robot with equipment along with its assembly, commissioning and training of personnel (basic and specialist training) in accordance with the boundary conditions contained in Part III of the SWZ Description of the subject of the contract and in quantities consistent with the assortment and price form constituting Annex 2 to IDW.
