A new main treatment facility is being constructed in rock, and a new administration building has been established in the outside area. A car park, site for cabin refuse disposal, road barrier, street lights, etc., are to be developed around this and in parts of the roughly levelled area of approximately 5 000–6 000 m2. A contractor will therefore be contracted for completing this LARK work. The work is described as a turnkey contract based on the attached set-up and drawings. The attached complete tender documentation forms the starting point for the contract with the contractor as a NS 8407 contract.
