Oslo Municipal Undertaking for Social Service Buildings (OBY) shall develop and construct a new health centre in the Nordstrand district, located in P. A. Holmsvei 18. The nursery shall have 6 departments with room for 25 employees. The project has high environmental ambitions and the nursery shall be a massive wood building. The procurement shall be implemented as an open tender contest and in accordance with the ‘Best Value Procurement method’ (BVP), also called performance procurements.
