The object of the order is to organize and manage the area of paid unguarded parking in Chrzanów. The area and the rules for the operation of the paid parking zone (hereinafter referred to as “SPP”) are defined by Resolution No XXXI/309/2021 of the Chrzanów City Council of 30 March 2021 on the establishment in Chrzanów of the toll zone of unguarded parking on public roads and the amount of the layover fees and method their collection (Official Journal of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship of 9 April 2021 item 2216). Approximately 374 berths are envisaged in the SPP area, however their exact quantity will be determined after the design of the target movement organization has been developed.
