The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity, along with full service of the Prosumer – a producer of electricity from a photovoltaic installation above 10 kW, and the provision of electricity distribution services, in the period until 31 December 2024 for PCM w Pleszew Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Specification of Terms and Conditions of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Reference"

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity (DSO tariff group - B23) for the needs of the Pleszew Medical Center in Pleszew Sp. z o.o. in the planned total amount of approximately 1,427,500 kWh, of which:

ZONE I – 378,400 kWh

ZONE II – 185,100 kWh

ZONE III – 864,000 kWh
