SPK would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for consultancy procurement services.

There are two reasons why SPK needs a contract for consultancy procurement services; one is that SPK needs access to consultants within competence areas where we do not have existing consultancy service contracts, and the other is that the contract will supplement current contracts where the need is not sufficiently met by the supplier(s).

The Norwegian public service pension fund, hereafter called SPK, invites you to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for consultancy procurement services.

The framework agreement consists of communicating offers for consultants who can provide assistance for various assignments within; development of digital products and systems, consultancy assistance connected to existing or new systems, and assistance with other assignments within IT services, business development, concept development, and product/project/process management. Consultants can also be asked to carry out a concrete assignment and deliver a defined final product.
