The subject of the contract is the subscription:

- fire insurance and related perils for:

- the buildings, owned, leased, co-owned or emphyteutic lease, of the Walloon region,

- the contents of the aforementioned buildings belonging to the Walloon Region,

- an all-risk insurance exhibition works of art for works of art of which the Walloon region is the owner or depositary,

- an all-risks electronic insurance for photovoltaic panels for photovoltaic panels owned by the Walloon Region.

Market related to fire insurance and related perils, all-risk insurance "works of art" insurance as well as electronic all-risks insurance "photovoltaic panels".
