Supply and installation of system partitions for the MedForCe / BBIM project

In this procedure, the installation of an S2 laboratory and an S3 laboratory is awarded in accordance with the Biological Agents and Genetic Engineering Ordinance, consisting of dense and H2O2-gassable wall and ceiling elements including equipment such as lights, ventilation (incl. filter) and electrical distribution, fixtures such as door control and penetrations, laboratory doors, material locks and H2O2 personnel locks with mobile H2O2 generators including validation/commissioning, etc. In addition, the method includes a 3rd H2O2 personnel airlock with mobile H2O2 generators including validation/commissioning for an S1 area.

The S2 area has a floor area of approx. 250 m2 and a wall area > 500m2. It contains 13 hinged doors, 1 material lock (active), 1 material hatch (passive) and 1 H2O2 personnel lock with 2 additional doors, but in a gas-tight design.

The S3 area has a floor area of approx. 250m2 and a wall area > 700m2. It contains 18 pieces of hinged doors, of which 7 pieces are tight and 3 are with fire protection requirements. In addition, the area will receive 1 piece of material lock (active), 1 piece of material hatch (passive) and 1 piece of H2O2 personnel lock with 2 pieces of additional doors, but in a gas-tight design.

The S1 area will have a partition wall with a wall area of approx. 20m2. The wall contains 1 piece of material hatch (passive) and 1 piece of walk-in H2O2 airlock with 2 pieces of doors in gas-tight design.
