1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting and forest nurseries, selection and seed production, to be carried out in the area of the Płaska Forest District in Žilina in 2024.
