Purchase of e-control system 2 pcs. with licensing, training, maintenance and development.

As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall provide the same two brand new, complete sets - systems for mobile vehicle control in OPP installed on the Ordering Party's vehicles.

The Contractor shall deliver complete systems at its own expense to the indicated headquarters of the Municipal Board of Streets and Bridges in Katowice, and then install them on the beams of motor vehicles indicated by the Contracting Authority.

Each delivered toll control system must be brand new, complete, be able to be installed on the roof beams of the Ordering Party's motor vehicle, operate on the principle of ARTR (Automatic License Plate Recognition). Each e-control system is to correctly recognize and read the registration numbers of single and double-row license plates.

The task of the system is to register vehicles parked in the Paid Parking Area (OPP), recognize and read the license plates of vehicles parked in the Paid Parking Area (OPP), determine the parking place and send the collected data in real time to the system verifying the payment of a parking space. The Contractor shall install toll e-control systems in vehicles indicated by the contracting authority.

The Contractor shall conduct initial training, before launching the system at the Ordering Party's premises, constituting part of the system acceptance protocol - within a previously agreed time, in the amount of at least 3 series (3 x 8 hours each) for at least 8 operators in order to enable them to effectively operate the OPP e-control system along with providing a description of the operation and functioning of the system at the headquarters of the Contracting Entity, as well as at the premises of the OPP Katowice.

Provision of System Maintenance Services by the Contractor in full technical efficiency.

The delivered system must be integrated with the parking fee control system of Parking Guru Sp. z o.o., Wita Stwosza 16, 50-148 Wrocław. Details described in SWZ

For the operation of the mobile control system, it will be necessary to designate the geographical vertices of parking lots (polygons) marked with a horizontal line, which the Contracting Authority commissions to the Contractor.
