The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 6.) covering works in the field of breeding, hunting, meadow and agriculture, nursery, seed production and other works in the field of forest management to be carried out in the Rudnik Forest District in 2020. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works from the above-mentioned scope, etc. resulting from the annexes to the ToR. The subject of the order was divided into II part ("Packages") ". The smallest part of the contract is the total scope of work described in successively numbered attachments related to individual parts. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the principles of Article 24aa (1) and (2) of the PPL. The shortening of the deadline for submitting offers was applied.
The provision of services in particular relates to: forest farming, hunting and meadow management, seed production and other forest management works described in Annexes 1.1, etc. to the ToR. The contracting authority does not allow further division of the contract. Quantity of works (activities) planned for performance in given locations (forest addresses), where the implementation of the subject of the contract is planned under the given Package is preliminary and may change (both increase and decrease) during the performance of the contract. Value of the basic order / not including. similar services as well as the maximum value and reduction (also without the client's own materials) was estimated at PLN 460,146.18 excluding VAT. Estimated maximum value from point II.2.6 includes the ordering of similar services as well as the possibility of completing the contract at 120%.
Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations, as well as suspending operations tables described in individual rows describing the subject of the order.
The contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors. In the event of the intention to perform the subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the contractor is required to indicate in its offer part of the contract (material scopes) which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and the contractor to provide subcontractors' companies. Such indication should be placed on the Offer. In the absence of an indication of subcontracting in the Offer, the contractor will be able to introduce the subcontractor only on the conditions specified in the contract.
