The framework agreement partners do not receive exclusivity status, i.e. Fraport reserves the right to continue to award contracts for certain surveying services separately.
Fraport is not subject to any acceptance obligation, i.e. Fraport is free to commission services on the basis of the framework agreement or not.
The framework agreement is expected to be concluded on 01.04.2024. The expected end of the framework agreement is 31.03.2029. Reference is made to contract extension options in section II.2.7.
For the receipt of the complete procurement documents, the information under VI.3 must be taken into account. Interested companies must submit a confidentiality agreement.
