The municipality of Kleinmachnow intends to renovate the former meetinghouse of the Protestant Resurrection Church (Church of the Resurrection), in Jägerstieg 2, 14532 Kleinmachnow, and to convert it into a cultural venue.

The building was built in 1930 and expanded in 1955 to include the church hall and bell tower. Partial modernization took place after 1992. Gas central heating was renewed in 2010. The building is registered as a single monument in the list of monuments of the Lan-des Brandenburg in section D, other types (building and art monuments), under the ID 09190832.

The building complex, which was used as a church institution until 2018, currently serves as a cultural meeting place on the ground and upper floors on the basis of a temporary building permit.

In the future, the social-cultural use of the entire building as a museum and as a multifunctional and club building for various events is planned.

As a group of users, associations based in Kleinmachnow are considered here (e.g. the home and cultural association Kleinmachnow e.V., the museum initiative Kleinmachnow, the Stolpersteine group or a museum that may still be set up) as well as various nuts from the municipality of Kleinmachnow.

The target group of the events are interested residents of the Ge-mein-de Kleinmachnow and, of course, the surrounding area.

The period of regular use is currently scheduled daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., with the focus on use for specific events in the evenings and on weekends.

With a view to the surrounding residents, events that disturb neighbourly concerns are not planned.

The total number of simultaneous users/visitors to the building is limited to 150 people (100 people on the ground floor, 40 people on the upper floor, 10 people in the DG).

The planned use is therefore not subject to the requirements of bbgvStaetTV.

The subject of the call for tenders is planning services that are required for the renovation and conversion of the building.

These are awarded in the negotiated procedure with participation competition according to VgV. The following performance levels apply:

- Level 1: Service phases 1 to 3

- Level 2: Service phases 1 to 7

- Level 3: Service phases 8

- Level 4: Service phases 9

Which services are specifically covered by the call up of a service level and which services have to be called up individually and separately are described in more detail in the service description part B. and specified in the contract in part C. of the award documents.

The subject of the invitation to tender here is basic services and special services of the following HOAI service specifications:

- building planning, service phases 1 to 9;

- outdoor plant planning, service phases 1 to 9;

- transport infrastructure plans, service phases 1 to 9;

- structural engineering, service phases 1 to 6 and 8;

- Technical equipment, service phases 1 to 9.

The subject of the call for proposals here is also consulting services provided by:

- fire protection planning according to AHO in service phases 1 to 9

- thermal insulation and energy balancing, work phases 1 - 8

- Room acoustics, work phases 1 - 8

- Grant advice, acquisition of funding programs and applying for them.
