1. The subject of the contract consists of: “Receipt and transport of municipal waste from the territory of Chojnów Municipality”.

2. For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Annex 9 to the SWZ.

3. The Contracting Authority shall guarantee the Contractor the collection of 60% of the total weight of waste.
