The purpose of the contract is to perform the following services:

- Qualify the state of conservation and dilapidation for each building.

- Assess the risks related to the short-term solidity and in the medium and long term vision of the possible changes in the state of the deterioration identified.

- To secure the site and guarantee its use by staff and the public.

- To prescribe, monitor, have carried out and analyze the in-depth investigations and surveys necessary to be carried out by a laboratory or specialized company to complete the studies.

- Define possible immediate and short-term precautionary measures.

- To propose a coherent programme of actions (studies, inspections, essential works) to upgrade and maintain each building in a desired condition according to its use.

- To establish, according to emergencies, descriptions of reinforcement, surveillance and decontamination works
