Supply of Chemotherapy Dose Banded services for participating Trusts in the Collaborative in line with the agreed specification. The specification will be sent out at ITT stage. (Trusts and / or Hubs external to the region may be included at at a later stage as indicated at II.1.2).

Initial contract period is 24 months with options to extend of one x 24 month period.
