The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity in the Municipality of Żory in 2023.

- for part 1: Purchase of electricity in the Municipality of Żory in 2023 in the area of operation of OSD Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. in the amount of 8 937.886 MWh

- for part 2: Purchase of electricity in the Municipality of Żory in 2023 in the area of operation of OSD ESV9 Sp. z o.o. in the amount of 155.968 MWh

- for part 3: Purchase and sale of electricity in 2023 in the area of operation of OSD Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Żory Sp. z o.o. in the amount of 3 246.339 MWh

Purchase of electricity for 406 points of electricity consumption in the area of operation of OSD Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. described in detail in Annexes 2 and 2a to SWZ. The amount of energy supplied during the order completion period is 8 937.886 MWh, including:

a) for the needs of street lighting, traffic lights and facilities of the Żory Municipality:

- energy billed according to tariff C11 – 220.478 MWh,

- energy billed according to tariff C21 – 378.691 MWh,

- energy billed according to the O12 day tariff – 1 120.447 MWh,

- energy billed according to the O12 night tariff – 1 737.563 MWh,

- energy billed according to tariff R – 7.875 MWh;

(b) for the purposes of educational establishments:

- energy settled according to tariff C11 – 555.289 MWh,

- energy billed according to tariff C21 – 962.219 MWh;

c) for the purposes of other organizational units:

- energy billed according to tariff C11 – 884.219 MWh,

- energy billed according to tariff C21 – 982.959 MWh,

- energy billed according to the G11 tariff – 181.740 MWh,

- energy billed according to the G12 tariff day – 0.200 MWh,

- energy billed according to the G12 night tariff – 0.100 MWh,

- energy billed according to tariff B21 – 123.106 MWh,

- energy settled according to tariff B23 morning peak – 379,000 MWh,

- energy billed according to tariff B23 afternoon peak – 268,000 MWh,

- energy settled according to the B23 tariff, the remaining hours of the day – 1 136,000 MWh,

The contractual capacity for all facilities is 7,027.73 kW.

Purchase of electricity for 20 electricity consumption points in the area of operation of OSD ESV9 Sp. z o.o. described in detail in Annex 3 to SWZ. The amount of energy supplied during the order completion period is 155.968 MWh, including:

a) for the needs of the Municipality of Żory:

- energy billed according to tariff C11 – 47.358 MWh;

b) for the needs of organizational units:

- energy billed according to the C11 tariff – 45,000 MWh,

- energy billed according to the G11 tariff – 63,610 MWh.

The contractual power for all facilities is 103 kW.

Purchase of electricity for 63 electricity consumption points in the area of operation of OSD Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Żory Sp. z o.o. described in detail in Annex 7 to SWZ. The amount of energy supplied during the order completion period is 3 246.339 MWh, including:

- energy billed according to tariff C21 – 893.424 MWh,

- energy settled according to tariff C11 – 545.915 MWh,

- energy settled according to tariff B23 morning peak – 328,000 MWh,

- energy billed according to tariff B23 afternoon peak – 223,000 MWh,

- energy settled according to the B23 tariff, the remaining hours of the day – 1,256,000 MWh.

The contractual power for all facilities is 1 634.10 kW.

Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Żory Sp. z o.o. is a producer of electricity from renewable energy sources in a small MIOZE installation registered under the number MIOZE/URE00549/2018 and requires the Contractor to be the entity responsible for balancing energy (POB) from RES in two directions. The Contracting Authority shall allow balancing by the POB selected by the Contractor.

The source of Electricity generation is an installation with a capacity of 208 kW (2 x 104 kW) (biogas from the sewage treatment plant - BGO) connected to the distribution network at Wodociągowa 10, 44-240 Żory, PPE 59032240110132078 and 590322401100111316.

The Contractor will draw up a model contract, on the basis of which he undertakes to purchase, together with the commercial balancing service, electricity generated in the RES installation by Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Żory Sp. z o.o. during the term of the contract.

Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Żory Sp. z o.o. plans to join the Żory Energy Cluster, but during the term of the contract it will not trade in electricity within the cluster.

The estimated amount of energy fed into the grid during the term of the contract is 1,000 MWh and is indicative.
