The “Fundamental renovation of Paracelsus Bad” construction project comprises the complete structural and energetic renovation of the Paracelsus bath. The focus is on upgrading the outer shell with façade and roofs as well as replacing operating technology.

The service tendered here includes the main construction trade; including masonry, concrete, reinforced concrete, steel construction and plaster work, including various dismantling measures.

A new stairwell with new flights of stairs is being built in the technical tower. For the installation of the new technology, existing ceilings will be structurally or fire-retardantly upgraded, and in some cases new floor slabs will be built. Due to the listed façade, interior insulation is required in many areas.
