Description:

OHG wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Consultants. OHG has a significant development programme and it is anticipated that approximately 500 residential units per annum focussing on London and its commuter markets could be delivered through the Framework Agreements.

Architect

One Housing Group sought suppliers to provide Architect services for London Boroughs. The scope of service shall include both Architect and Landscape Architect services.

Employers Agent Specialist Supported Living

One Housing Group sought suppliers to provide Employers Agent services for Specialist Supported Living. The scope of service shall include Employers Agent, Principle Designer, Quantity Surveyor, Clerk of Works and Party Wall services.

Architect Outside London

One Housing Group sought suppliers to provide Architect services for Outside London. The scope of service shall include both Architect and Landscape Architect services. This Lot was withdrawn from procurement and not awarded.

Employers Agent

Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

One Housing Group sought suppliers to provide Mechanical and Electrical Engineer services. The scope of service shall include Mechanical and Electrical Engineer services.

Planning Consultant

One Housing Group sought suppliers to provide Planning Consultant services. The scope of service shall include Planning Consultant, Public Consultation, and Communications Consultant services.

Valuation

One Housing Group sought suppliers to provide Valuation services. The scope of service shall include Valuation and Red Book services.
