DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT 1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in obtaining candidates who have obtained a certificate in a system other than Polish education, entitling them to take up first-cycle or long-cycle studies, excluding candidates with the International Baccalaureate (IB Diplomas) and the European Baccalaureate (EB Diplomas), for 5.5-year, long-cycle master's studies in the field of Veterinary Medicine, conducted in English at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (hereinafter referred to as hereinafter also referred to as "university" or "WULS-SGGW"), starting from the academic year 2024/2025 and from the academic year 2025/2026. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) 79600000-0 – recruitment services. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the model contract constituting Annex 12 to the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation for the contractor to perform key tasks personally. 5. The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor. The contractor is obliged to indicate in the tender form the parts of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and indicate the names of the subcontractors, if they are already known. Thus, the Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial bids referred to in Article 7(15) of the PPL. 2. PROCEDURE FOR THE AWARD OF THE CONTRACT1. The procedure is conducted in the following mode: 1 open tender 2. The proceedings are conducted using the procedure referred to in Article 139 of the PPL Act (the so-called reverse order of assessment). The contracting authority may first examine and evaluate the bids, and then make a subjective qualification of the contractor whose bid was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
