Support of nuclear law supervision as an expert in accordance with § 20 AtG in the field of assessment of issues relating to technical and structural fire protection.

A more detailed project description, in which the procurement project is explained in detail, is contained in the award document "Service description"; the service description is also an annex to the framework agreement.

Essentially, the contractor shall provide the following services:

- Supporting the nuclear regulatory authority in assessing the materiality of a change within the meaning of Section 9 (1) sentence 2 AtG

- Carrying out technical audits in connection with deviations from the PFB and related documents (EU/EC)

- Carrying out technical audits in connection with the preliminary review of implementation plans

- Carrying out technical tests of test programs, in particular on the quality assurance measures during construction, on the acceptance and function tests as well as on the commissioning tests

- Monitoring of acceptances and accompanying inspections, which are carried out by the client or the manufacturer

- Participation in on-site acceptances and commissioning

- Participation in technical discussions

In individual cases, the service includes the technical examination of documents and data submitted to the supervisory authority. The documents and data must be checked for their coherence, comprehensibility and technical correctness. The results of each of the tests are to be presented in an expert opinion. The respective form of the expert opinion (test report, statement, protocol, etc.) is coordinated with the client.
