The "Property Damage and Ancillary Risks" insurance is a risk that cannot be divided. The consultation will result in a contract at unit prices. Candidates will be required to submit a tender corresponding to the basic tender and the imposed variant having the character of an alternative service, which is the subject of the specifications on which they are bidding. Free variants, within the meaning of Article R. 2151-8 of the French Public Procurement Code, are authorised. At the very least, they will have to respect the duration of the contract. The contract is concluded for a period of 5 years from 1 January 2024
