1. The subject of the contract includes:

1) collection and management of the entire amount of municipal waste generated on the premises where residents live, located in the Mogilany Commune (the entire Municipality is one sector)

2) Collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the Mogilany Commune (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK)

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for its implementation are set out in Annex 9 to the SWZ

3. The Contractor shall be obliged to lodge a performance bond in the amount of 3% of the gross price specified in the offer before concluding the contract.

4. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law up to 20% of the value of the basic contract.
