As part of the PIA CMQE AS call for projects, the Saint-Exupéry high school is carrying 4 action sheets. This call for tenders corresponds to action sheet 1-1, "Technological support for start-ups" and these specifications correspond to the purchase of a robotic production line. This project is part of the 4.0 transition of companies in the aeronautics sector and supports the support of our professional baccalaureate students Maintenance of Connected Production Systems, focused on the dimension of robotics and connected systems.
Flexible production line 4.0 robotized with all desired options, installation and commissioningAs part of the PIA CMQE AS call for projects, the Saint-Exupéry high school is carrying 4 action sheets.
Robotic flexible production line 4.0
Technological and pedagogical requirements:
- The production line must be robust and meet industrial standards, it must be made of painted steel.
- The production line must be studied in order to withstand manipulation as well as numerous repeated assemblies and dismantling. The different parts are on wheels, with organs that can be easily visualized via transparent rollover on all sides, to facilitate pedagogical ergonomics.
- Systems must work with Siemens PLCs.
- The production line must be composed of 2 arms of robots and/or Cobots, one of which must be a UR5e.
- The production line must have access to all the digital twins in the chain and offer augmented reality on tablets.
In addition
- The consumables must be reusable throughout the life of the ma-chine.
- The dismantling of assemblies must be easy and quick to carry out to replenish a stock of raw material.
- The systems of this production line must include at least 4 modules, subsystems, (without finished assembly store), which will allow the implementation of educational activities proposed by the seller. (1 activity minimum per module).
- Digital twins of the entire line are requested with activities on at least 2 of the 4 modules.
- Consumables must be supplied to allow the complete realization of the activities proposed by the seller and in sufficient number for a normal operation of the production line.
- The system must be supplied with all the licenses and software necessary for its proper functioning. They must be portable (4 USB keys or encrypted) so that teachers can work from home, but also on the high school server for students in a minimum number of 14 licenses.
- Carry out Practical Work with a fault search in a plausible (or real) industrial context.
User trainingEQUIPMENT TRAINING
The training must take place in 2 stages:
Initially, in the days following the installation, 6 days of training for the handling of the production line 4.0 must take place (1.5 days per subsystem). This training, in addition to the handling of the systems, will be the subject of a time allowing the implementation of various pedagogical activities.
In a second step, between 4 and 6 months after the first training, an additional 4-day training will have to take place, in order to be able to answer the questions and problems noted by the teachers (1 day per subsystem).
