The model house is to be rebuilt in a vivid and exemplary renovation process. Furthermore, thematic forums and stock exchanges are to take place in the model house, which serve the exchange of real estate ownership with each other and where further real estate topics are dealt with. In addition, actors are to receive support for their own projects that serve the development of the district into a livable residential and creative location.

PR management services in connection with the renovation of the model house and the urban redevelopment of the Nord-Düren district as a whole are to be awarded. In addition to the task of comprehensibly processing the renovation process for the public, this applies in particular to the documentation and presentation of the conversion and renovation process of a scrap property acquired by the city of Düren into a "model house".
