For the implementation of the State Garden Show in Ingolstadt (LGS) and during the construction and dismantling phase, the use of security personnel is provided.

The tender is accompanied by a plan from which the area with its entrances and exits as well as the spatial order within the city Ingolstadt goes out.

The contractor must ensure the proper remuneration of the personnel employed by him. Insofar as the employment relationships with the personnel employed by him are subject to collectively agreed remuneration regulations, the personnel employed by the contractor shall be paid on the basis of these collective agreement remuneration arrangements; If collective agreements do not apply, the contractor must ensure that the staff employed by him are paid on the basis of the local remuneration.
