For the implementation of the State Garden Show in Ingolstadt (LGS) and during the construction and dismantling phase, the use of security personnel is provided.
The tender is accompanied by a plan from which the area with its entrances and exits as well as the spatial order within the city Ingolstadt goes out.
Before the garden show begins, a training session will take place, during which the security concept and general information on the Landesgartenschau will be explained.

All employed personnel must have the following qualifications:

In this connection, the contractor must ensure that all positions to be filled by him are also filled during legally prescribed breaks; In the context of workforce scheduling, this may need to be ensured by the deployment of replacement personnel. The contractor must ensure the proper remuneration of the personnel employed by him. Insofar as the employment relationships with the personnel employed by him are subject to collectively agreed remuneration regulations, the personnel employed by the contractor shall be paid on the basis of these collective agreement remuneration arrangements; If collective agreements do not apply, the contractor must ensure that the staff employed by him are paid on the basis of the local remuneration.
