With this tender, Enexis wants to unambiguously contract the structural maintenance and repair of the process buildings. The situation that then arises is manageable and feasible for the client. In accordance with the policy and wishes, Enexis also wants to offer (local) SMEs the opportunity to also be a contracted party. This, of course, with due observance of applicable laws and regulations and the ability and may work within a danger zone in accordance with certain certifications.
The maintenance and repair that Enexis will tender consists mainly of the following segments (this list is non-exhaustive):
- various architectural activities (such as floors, walls, ceiling, doors,
- hinges and locks, façade, etc.);
- carrying out painting work;
- performing various roof work;
- carrying out site work and fencing work;
- follow-up and execution of repair work after calamities.
