Supply of food for the needs of Royan's central kitchen.

The purpose of this batch is to supply aggregated food from the same holder in a single delivery at the same site. The supply will cover the delivery of raw food and raw materials for all families of products necessary for the establishment of meals for school canteens in the City. Number of daily meals (approximately 140 school days per year):

— elementary: 640 meals,

— kindergarten: 330 meals,

— adults: 20 meals.

Ventilated Centre Meal: Ventilated Centre School Holidays: 140 meals* 78 days (approximately) = 10,920 elementary meals, 20 meals* 78 days (approx) = 1,560 nursery meals large holidays: 100 elementary and 30 kindergartens and no adults. Short holidays: October, December February April: 60 elementary and 20 kindergartens. These figures are an indicative data enabling each candidate to make up his offer. These figures should not be per year (see WFD).
