This is a European Public Procurement Procedure of the UMC mentioned below. The tender concerns the supply and maintenance of flexible endoscopes for the endoscopy centre of Radboudumc. The participating University Medical Centers is:

The Contracting Authority is hereinafter referred to as "UMC", unless otherwise indicated. To this end, UMC wishes to conclude a purchase and maintenance agreement with one (1) entrepreneur for the duration of seven (7) years, with an option to extend the maintenance agreement.

Objective of the assignment

With this tender, Radboudumc wants to achieve the following:

• Having the Contractor deliver flexible endoscopes with associated peripheral equipment for performing gastrointestinal endoscopy;

• Having the Contractor perform complete services in the field of flexible endoscopes including maintenance;

• The Contractor must ensure the stability and continuity of the requested deliveries and services;

• This service must be carried out in accordance with the requirements and wishes in the tender documents;

• Radboudumc expects that the requested services are based as much as possible on standardized services provided by the Registrant;

• Ensure that Radboudumc has lawfully and efficiently purchased its "Flexible endoscopes MDL" no later than 03-03-2023.

• The Contractor(s) must deal flexibly and proactively with changed market conditions and changes in laws and regulations during the entire term of the purchase and maintenance agreement.
