The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and implementation in the Ordering Party's IT environment of VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) technology for virtualization of workstations.

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and implementation of VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) technology for virtualization of workstations, hereinafter referred to as the "System", in the Contracting Authority's IT environment, on the terms specified in the Agreement, including: 1.1. Preparation of the technical design, hereinafter referred to as the "Technical Design", and transfer of proprietary copyrights to the Technical Design and derivative rights, to the extent and on the terms specified in the Agreement; 1.2. Delivery of software (hereinafter referred to as the "Software") and virtualization servers together with system software (hereinafter referred to as the "Hardware") to the Ordering Party and granting a subscription (license) for the use of the Software and system software of the Hardware; 1.3. Providing 36-month technical support for Hardware and Software manufacturers (maintenance); 1.4. Execution of installation and implementation services, consisting in the installation, configuration of the Hardware and Software and commissioning of the delivered System in the Ordering Party's environment, in accordance with the Technical Design; 1.5. Preparation of as-built documentation of the installation and implementation services performed, hereinafter referred to as the "As-built Documentation" and transfer of proprietary copyrights to the As-built Documentation and derivative rights, to the extent and on the terms specified in the Agreement; 1.6. Conducting training workshops for the Contracting Authority's employees in the field of operation and administration of the implemented System; 1.7. Provision of the Contractor's maintenance support services for the System; 1.8. Provision of consultation services of the System, in the maximum number of 300 clock hours during the term of the Agreement. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract as well as the terms and conditions of the contract performance are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference.
