The schoolwork of the Diocese of Augsburg (ecclesiastical foundation) tendered the delivery with maintenance of convertibles (2in1 notebooks) with pre-installed operating system software for use by teachers at the 42 schools of the schoolwork as part of funding measures from the State of Bavaria , The tender is divided into two lots. The convertibles are scheduled for use at the beginning of the 2020/2021 school year (lot 1) or in the 2020 calendar year (lot 2). The delivery date is therefore 1.6.2020 (lot 1) or 2.9.2020 (lot 2) at the latest.

With this Lot 1, the schoolwork of the Diocese of Augsburg (ecclesiastical foundation d.Ö.R.) announces the delivery with maintenance of 450 convertibles (2in1 notebooks) for use by teachers from the 42 schools of the schoolwork. Since the 2018/2019 school semester, the start of a new IT concept has been prepared at the Maria Ward Realschule Augsburg as a pilot school for all schools of the schoolwork of the Diocese of Augsburg. This IT concept is now to be implemented in all 42 schools in the school. Part of this IT concept is equipping every teacher with a convertible (2-in-1 notebook). In addition to the delivery of the hardware, the maintenance for the delivered devices is advertised over a period of 36 months. These maintenance services are not remunerated separately, but are compensated with the total remuneration for the purchase.
