The purpose of this invitation to tender is to procure a feasibility study for risk transfer solutions deemed suitable for Finnvera (hereinafter the ‘Object of Procurement’ or ‘Service’). The object of procurement includes the intellectual property as well as the relevant user documentation. These features should be offered as a complete package and included in the price of the tender offer.
