These services can relate to new projects as well as projects of modification, maintenance, renovation or deconstruction of installations:

- lot 1: engineering study services in the field of strong current electrical equipment and control systems,

- lot 2: engineering study services in the field of civil engineering for structures or geotechnical soil studies,

- lot 3: engineering study services in the field of mechanical equipment,

- lot 4: engineering design services in the field of installation studies,

- lot 5: engineering study services in the field of process, process and general operation.

The services of this lot cover at least the:

- studies in the electrical fields strong currents and weak currents,

- studies in the field of command control and industrial IT (automation, man / machine interface, industrial and office networks, control room, computer systems for monitoring command and control, computer systems for processing industrial data).

The candidate cannot subcontract the essential tasks of the contract in the lot to which he applies, neither at the stage of the candidatures, nor at the stage of the execution of the contract. It follows that the essential tasks of the contract such as piloting studies, monitoring, checking and approving own deliverables are imperatively carried out by the tenderer himself or, if the application is submitted under a GME, by the 'one of the members of the group.

The services of this lot cover at least:

- Drafting of all or part of specifications for carrying out engineering studies in the fields of civil engineering of works and geotechnical studies,

- Monitoring services for civil engineering or geotechnical studies,

- Dimensioning and calculation studies of geotechnical or civil engineering works for structures of reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, metal structures or other materials,

- Dimensioning studies and calculations of works of roads and various networks and piping of cooling water circuits of power plants,

- Earthwork studies, management of cut and fill balances, earthwork guide plans,

- Ground load studies and impact studies of sail piercing,

- Analysis of pathologies of structures, recommendation for the implementation of repair procedures,

- Acoustic studies in buildings,

- Solving technical interface problems.

- Studies of installation of mechanical equipment and materials,

- Development of standards for the standardization of pipe supports, cable trays and ventilation ducts,

- Services for technical qualification or technical approval of mechanical equipment and materials,

- Solving technical interface problems for these mechanical equipment and materials,

- Writing all or part of study monitoring programs,

- Drafting of all or part of monitoring reports

- Constitution or review of regulatory files (PED, ...)

- Drafting of all or part of inspection programs for the manufacture of mechanical equipment

- Writing all or part of follow-up notes on the manufacturing of mechanical equipment

- Design and dimensioning of fire protection networks and equipment

The candidate cannot subcontract the essential tasks of the contract in the lot to which he applies, neither at the stage of the candidatures, nor at the stage of the execution of the contract. - Completion of all or part of installation studies for sites, buildings, works and equipment

- Solving technical interface problems related to these installation studies,

- Development and / or modification of 3D models and "guide plans" (all areas, electricity, civil engineering, mechanics ...) in a PDMS and / or AUTOCAD environment,

- Administration, development and user support in a PDMS environment: configuration and management of projects and associated users

The services of this lot cover at least:

- General operating studies:

* General operating studies of energy production installations, in particular for the flame thermal sector: steam production boilers operating on coal, gas or oil, water-steam-fuel cycle, including so-called boilers auxiliaries, exchangers, and smoke treatment

* Drafting of all or part of specifications for general operating studies of assemblies or sub-assemblies of energy production units in particular in the following fields: (rotating machines equipping installations, steam turbines, pumps and turbopumps, compressors - exchangers and heaters - cold sources - steam boilers operating on coal, gas or fuel oil - water-steam-fuel cycle - smoke treatment - water treatments - chemistry)

- Network conditioning studies (corrosion studies, nature of fluids, additives (buffering, biocide ...), adaptation of the nature of materials ...)

- Other study and process calculation services which relate to the general operation of power plants, which are made necessary by current plant projects, regardless of the progress of the project.
