A successful prevention work of the GUVH / the LUKN includes the further education and training of

Entrepreneurs and insured persons for safety and health in the company.

For this purpose, the GUVH / luKN offers seminars.

For this purpose, the following is required:

- a room size of approx. 70 m² for an average of 15 - 25 participants,

- unobstructed view in the seminar room (e.g. without columns)

- Daylight and shading in the seminar room

- Equipped with appropriate technology

- 1 beamer

- 1 flipchart

- a pin board (covered with paper)

- 1 filled presentation case

- variable seating* (work islands, U-shaped chair circle)

- Rooms for group work

*Requirements for seating and room size: When it comes to seating, the client attaches great importance to sufficient space in the seminar room.

For example, with the U-Shape 3, rows of tables of about the same length are to be formed and 2-seater tables are to be equipped with 2 chairs.

Furthermore, at least 1 meter distance to the wall must be maintained for each sitting position.

As a rule, our seminars start between 09:00 and 10:00 and end at the latest at 18:00.

The prepared seminar room should be available from 07:30 a.m. for the lecturers.

The following meals per person should be offered:

1 - Tagesveranstaltung:

- Water, apple juice, coffee and tea during the entire seminar event

- Coffee break in the morning with snacks (e.g. fruit, pretzels...)

- Lunch buffet or 2-course menu incl. a soft drink of your choice

- Coffee break in the afternoon with cake

2 - Tagesveranstaltung:

- Water, apple juice, coffee and tea during the entire seminar event

- 2x coffee break in the morning with snacks (e.g. fruit, pretzel pastries...)

- 2x lunch buffet or 2-course menu incl. a non-alcoholic soft drink of your choice

- 2x coffee break in the afternoon with cake

- Dinner buffet or 3-course menu incl. a soft drink of your choice for overnight guests

- Single room with breakfast per registered participant

The GUVH / LUKN shall only bear the costs agreed with him/her.

Should seminar participants wish to have further drinks (coffee, etc.) or food, these must be paid for as self-payers.

Stornierungsfristen

In the event of cancellation of the entire event by the client, the contractor is obliged to assign the cancelled conference rooms and, if applicable, single rooms to another person.

There are no cancellation costs if the conference rooms or rooms can be subsequently assigned elsewhere.

If not, the booked services will be invoiced in stages as follows:

a) A free cancellation of the entire event is up to 4 weeks before the start of the event

possible.

b) In the period up to 2 weeks before the start of the event, 50% of the booked total service will be

calculated.

c) In the period up to and including 1 day before the start of the event, 80% of the booked total service will be charged.

d) A cancellation of the event on the day of the event will be charged in full of the booked total

performance calculated.

In the case of cancellations/reductions of individual seminar participants by the client, the

booked conference package billed staggered as follows:

a) Up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the participants can be reduced free of charge.

b) Up to 2 days before arrival, up to 2 additional participants can be cancelled free of charge.

c) Cancellations on the day of the event (e.g. no-show) will be charged in full.

Cancellations/reductions shall be notified to the Contractor in text form by the Client and shall also be confirmed by the Contractor in text form.

Requirements for the hotel

The conference hotel must meet the requirements listed below.

These must be proven by appropriate documents or declarations.

If only one of the above criteria is not met, the tender will not be taken into account, even if

for example, particularly good performance has been demonstrated in other areas.

- Good and easy accessibility by public transport

- Sufficient number of free parking spaces

- Conference hotel in an attractive general condition

- The fire protection measures as well as escape and rescue routes comply with the legal

Requirements.

- Barrier-free access to seminar rooms, sanitary facilities, restaurant and hotel rooms.

- Internet connections are possible in the meeting rooms of the hotel via DSL or WLAN.

- A contact person of the hotel to ensure the service and support services and as an interface for coordination questions is on site.

All services are to be provided in close coordination with the contact person of the client.

For this purpose, the contractor must appoint a contact person.

It is assured that this person speaks and writes german.
