The subject of the contract is the collection and management in the period from 1.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 of municipal waste indicated in the description of the subject of the contract from property owners in the Municipality of Zbiczno in a manner consistent with the regulations:

1) the Act of 14 December 2012. on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended),

2) the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended),

3) Waste management plan of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship for the years 2016-2022 with a perspective for 2023-2028 adopted by the resolution of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship Sejmik No. XXXII/545/17 of 29 May 2017.

4) regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Zbiczno adopted by Resolution No. XX/143/2020 of the Commune Council of Zbiczno of March 23, 2020, as amended by Resolution No. XXXVI/259/2021 of the Commune Council of Zbiczno of October 29, 2021.

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and development in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 of municipal waste generated and collected by the owners of real estate inhabited by residents and from real estate on which there are summer houses or other properties used for recreational purposes for part of the year - on which municipal waste is generated - seasonally, delivery and setting of containers on real estate and running a mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
