General planning of the media access and outdoor facilities for the innovation campus in the central area of Leipzig/Halle Airport.
General planning for the media development and the outdoor facilities for the innovation campus in the central area of Leipzig/Halle Airport, in particular with the following service profiles:
- Object planning of civil engineering structures (incl. object planning for a new energy supply station),
- Object planning for outdoor facilities, incl. structural design for civil engineering structures in outdoor facilities
- Technical equipment.
On the basis of the existing planning results, the HOAI service phases 1 to 4, 5, 6 and 7 are to be planned. Since the client currently does not rule out bundling the construction services in a general contractor contract, a functional service description according to the client's specifications is provided as an optional service for service phase 6.
The services to be commissioned are divided into the following project stages for the aforementioned service areas:
- Project stage 1: Basic determination, preliminary planning and design planning (HOAI service phases 1 to 3) for all 5 development phases
- Project stage 2: Approval planning, execution planning, preparation of a service description as well as participation in the award (HOAI service phases 4-6) for the development phase 1.
- Project stage 3: Performance phase 7 for development phase 1
- Project stage 4: Examination of the execution planning of a general contractor for the development phase 1
A permanent assignment is planned for project stage 1 subject to approval of the funding application. The client reserves the right to discontinue the present procurement procedure if no funding can be obtained. There is no entitlement to call up project levels 2 to 4. The Contractor cannot derive any rights from a non-commissioning of project level 2 and/or 3 and/or 4 or individual service phases of these.
