The subject of the tender is:

the procurement of archive system for electronic data storage (multimedia universal archive) for the Deutsche Herzzentrum Munich

The German Heart Center Munich is a specialist hospital for heart and circulatory disease.

The project goal is to introduce a digital archiving system for audit-proof long-term archiving of treatment documentation that can be removed from the HIS system, taking imaging processes into account.

In addition to

- Efficiently increase the availability of all important information

- reliable transparency of the report in real time

- the optimization of all documentation and invoicing processes

a common medical archiving system effectively counteracts the high cost intensity of fragmented systems. Applications for expensive storage media, maintenance, recovery services and end-of-life management are reduced, more predictable and calculable.

The selected solution should be expandable and form the basis of an IHE platform in the future.
