The objective is the renewal of equipment incorporating the latest technologies for this, and even improving the equipment currently installed that may have reached the end of his life for the improvement of the recovery of urban waste in the Environmental Center (CMA) of Montalbán.
The project defines the activities to be carried out for the modifications of the urban waste recovery line to increase its treatment and recovery capacity, as well as the replacement or recovery of equipment that does not allow a high efficiency of the plant.
This project collects in detail the actions that have been considered as «Package 1», which are those that must be carried out according to the present Project of Improvement in the Environmental Complex of Montalbán (CMA Montalbán - Córdoba), and those that will be exposed to public tender.
Recruitment of the supply and implementation of the renovation of the municipal waste treatment line in the Montalbán Environmental Complex (Córdoba).
In this sense, the following actions are proposed:
- Repair of concrete screed and repair of the residual water catchments of the classification zone,
- Repair of concrete slab in fermentation ship, as well as adaptation of rainwater and leachate collection in the area,
- Repair of central ditch in vials in front of fermentation ship,
- Construction of 6 silos of 6x6 meters of plant each and 3.5 meters high attached to each other. Located in front of the composting warehouse as indicated in the attached drawings,
- [AL-0010, AL-0020] Replacing the header feeders of line 1, similar to the reform already implemented in line 2,
- Auxiliary works associated with the replacement of feeders. Consisting of closing of current pit. By means of layers of compacted artificial gravel in maximum tonings of 20 cm, obtaining a proctor of 99%, and top final layer of 25 cm thick of HA-30 concrete with mesh of Φ8 c / 15 cm. The first smaller screen is used to collect the highest organic content to send it to the biostabilization process and also allows to "clean" the rest of the organic matter residue. In the size between 90 mm and 300 mm it is where the greatest amount of waste can be found. Therefore, the sinking of the second screening is the one that continues the automatic selection process. Due to the irregular shape of the waste, oval size screening is more efficient for this type of flow than the round. - Auxiliary works associated with the substitution of the trommel (demolition of the support pillars of the current trombone, new shoes and / or slabs),
- [CT-0050] [CT-0060] Replacement of the two belts of the respective sinks, both of the initial section (fraction smaller than Ø90 mm) and the end (fraction with granulometry between Ø90 mm and 150 mm x 450 mm), again line 1 trombone,
- [CT-0810] Replacement of the collection tape of the fraction with granulometry less than Ø90 mm of both trommels (where most of the organic matter present in the urban waste is concentrated), which will be directed to the biostabilization facility of organic matter,
