This compact secondary substation procurement for the agreement period 1.1.2021-31.12.2028 (the framework agreement). Elenia Palvelut Oy’s aim is to form the Framework Agreement with trusted strategic partners (the Partner). The Partners are allowed to participate in mini competitions organized within the Framework Agreement to become as supplier (the Supplier).

The compact secondary substations referred to in this procurement concerns high/low-voltage prefabricated substations according IEC 62271-202 as well as substations for installing power transformers according IEC 60076 all parts or other possible equipment (such as batteries, reclosing devices, switchgears, power-electronics, substation automation devices, etc.) required for electric distribution by underground cabling. All compact secondary substations described in this procurement shall be suitable for continuous operation in 3 phase electricity network and shall withstand normal Nordic weather conditions during transportation, installation and in use while having a calculated lifetime for more than 45 years in these conditions. Besides compact secondary substations, also logistics to the warehouse (Helsinki or Tampere +70 km, minimum requirement) or to the project sites in Finland, is included in the procurement.
