The schools in Oslo have a separate test plan that includes both government and municipal tests. The tests provide information on pupils' basic skills and competence.

Pupils in Oslo currently take tests in mathematics/arithmetic, reading, science and digital skills. The tests in mathematics and digital skills are developed by internal resources. Reading and science tests are developed, analysed and re-allocated with the help of external specialist environments.

The Education Agency does not have the competence or resources that are required to develop and follow-up the tests in science and would like to cooperate with a specialist environment to cover the need.

The Education Agency would like to use this procurement to enter into a contract with a specialist environment for the following tests:

• Oslo test in science, 4th year,

• Oslo test in science, 7th year.
